Ongoing projects  in the Nano-Energy Lab  ​include:
  • Micro/Nano structures for enhancing anti-icing and deicing;
  • Micro/Nano structures for enhancing condensation mass and heat transfer; 
  • Micro/Nano structures for enhancing pool boiling heat transfer;
  • Micro/Nano structures for antifouling and suppressing Leidenfrsot effect;
  • Investigating heat transfer in polymer nanofibers;​
  • Investigating heat and electricity transfer in ferromagnetic nanowires for the development of key technologies to MRAMs. 
  • Thermal management of 3D ICs using reduced graphene oxide papers (sponsored by TSMC and PSMC).
